How is a decision billed?
One Jev decision costs one credit, whichever use case you run. A decision can answer several typed questions at once (for example urgency, routing, and severity) and still counts as a single credit.
Do credits expire or reset?
No. Credits are lifetime — they do not reset daily or monthly and they do not expire. You buy a balance once and draw it down as you run decisions.
What do I get for free?
A one-time grant of free credits when you sign in, enough to try every use-case tool end to end. When it runs out you buy a credit pack; there is no recurring charge and no card required to start.
Is there a monthly subscription?
